ALKACHILL-CT Countertop Water Chiller System
Instant cold alkaline water — no plastic jugs, no bulky coolers
Connects to your drinking water line and delivers crisp, chilled, mineral-rich alkaline water on demand in a compact countertop footprint.
Powered by AlkaVida’s ALKA75 platform with reverse osmosis and advanced media for cleaner, better-tasting water.
Inside the system:
• Reverse Osmosis (RO) — removes particles and impurities at the molecular level.
• Activated Carbon Block — reduces chlorine, odors, taste, VOCs & micro-contaminants.
• RED-D™ stage — targets pharmaceutical residues, hormones & endocrine disruptors.
• Alkaline Mineral Media + O-Dobi beads & ceramic magnets — naturally elevate pH to ~8.0–9.5 and enhance hydration & taste.
IAPMO certified with FDA/NSF-grade, BPA-free materials. Energy-efficient chiller, low maintenance, built for everyday performance.

FAQs
Everything you need to know about installing, filtering, chilling, and maintaining the AlkaChill CT countertop system.
What is the AlkaChill CT?
A compact, countertop water chiller that connects to your drinking-water line and dispenses cold, mineral-rich alkaline water on demand—no plastic jugs or floor coolers required.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. The chiller uses standard household power to cool water. Filtration itself is non-electric.
How is the CT different from the full-size standing cooler?
CT is a countertop solution for homes and smaller offices. The full-size unit supports higher-volume, commercial-style usage. Both use the same advanced filtration technology.
What kind of installation is required?
The CT connects to your cold-water feed with a small T-connector (or similar). Most installs require minimal or no drilling—for example, using an existing countertop hole or grommet for routing the line.
Can I put it anywhere on the counter?
Place the unit on a level surface within reach of a power outlet and the water line you’ll connect. Leave a few inches of clearance around vents for proper airflow.
Do I need a plumber?
Many users complete the quick-connect installation themselves. If you’re not comfortable working with fittings, a local plumber can install it in a short visit.
How is the water filtered?
AlkaChill CT is powered by the ALKA75 system, which combines:
- Activated Carbon Block for chlorine, taste/odor, VOCs, and micro-contaminants.
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) for deep contaminant reduction at the molecular level.
- RED-D™ stage targeting residual pharmaceuticals, hormones, and endocrine disruptors.
- Alkaline mineral media (with O-Dobi beads/ceramic magnets) to raise pH to about 8.0–9.5 and restore a clean, refreshing taste.
Will TDS go up or down?
RO typically reduces TDS. The mineral stage then adds back beneficial minerals for taste and alkalinity, so final TDS reflects those minerals and your source water.
Does it remove pharmaceuticals and “forever chemicals”?
The system includes the RED-D™ stage designed to reduce residual pharmaceuticals and endocrine disruptors; it also employs technologies aimed at a broad range of contaminants. Actual results vary by water chemistry and maintenance.
How cold is the water?
Water is chilled to a fridge-cold level for crisp, refreshing drinks. Exact temperature depends on ambient conditions and demand.
Is it only cold water? What about hot?
The CT dispenses cold filtered alkaline water. For hot water, pair with your preferred kettle or hot-water appliance.
Is the unit loud?
It’s engineered for countertop environments. You’ll hear normal compressor activity during chilling, similar to a small refrigerator.
Is the water safe for cooking, pets, and ice makers?
Yes—people use AlkaChill CT water for drinking, cooking, coffee/tea, and pets. For feeding a fridge ice maker, consult your installer about routing a line from the CT.
How often do I change filters?
Follow the ALKA75 maintenance schedule. Replacement timing depends on usage and source water quality (pre-filters more often; RO membranes less often; mineral stage on interval). Your installer or our support team can recommend a cadence for your water.
What upkeep is required?
Keep vents clear, use cold feed water, replace filters on schedule, and power the unit off if you’ll be away for an extended time. Avoid freezing temperatures and direct heat sources.
What’s the warranty and support?
AlkaChill CT is backed by a limited manufacturer warranty on materials and workmanship. U.S.-based support can assist with install questions, replacement parts, and maintenance.
Any certifications?
The system uses IAPMO-certified components with FDA/NSF-grade, BPA-free materials where applicable.
Notes: Performance describes reduction where applicable and varies with source water, pressure, and maintenance. Always use cold feed water only.
