What is the LED Shower Head + Filter?

What does the filter help with?
It’s designed to reduce up to ~90% of free chlorine, supporting healthier-looking skin, softer hair, better lather, and less color fade on treated hair. Actual performance varies by water chemistry and temperature.
How do I install it?
Unscrew your old showerhead, place the included washer, hand-tighten the LED head onto the standard shower arm, then run water for 1–2 minutes to flush the filter. No tools are usually required; use plumber’s tape if needed.
Will it fit my shower?
It fits most standard 1/2″ shower arms. For specialty fixtures (some rain/handheld systems or international threads), you may need an adapter from your local hardware store.
Will my water pressure change?
All shower filters add a small amount of restriction. This model is engineered to maintain a comfortable, even spray pattern on typical home water pressure.
What contaminants does it target?

Does hot water affect results?
Chlorine reduction can vary with temperature and flow. Very hot water and very high flow reduce contact time and may decrease performance. Use comfortable, not scalding, temperatures for best results.
Do the LEDs need batteries or wiring?
No. The LEDs are self-powered by water flow (hydro-turbine). Just turn on the water and they illuminate automatically.
What do the colors mean?
The LEDs cycle through five colors for an ambient, spa-like glow. They are not temperature indicators.
How long do the LEDs last?
